INSURANCES

At present, we accept the following insurances, which cover face-to-face visits in our Auburn office:

  •  Blue Cross and Blue Shield
  •  Magellan
  •  American Behavioral


Of these insurances, only Magellan currently covers telehealth.   


If you are uncertain as to your coverage and co-payment for a session with Dr. Maple, we will be happy to check with your insurance company.  Our clients' co-payments are typically $0 - $40.  

SELF-PAY

For clients who do not have insurance or who prefer not to use insurance, we accept debit cards, most credit cards, and cash.  Electronic payments may be made in the office or made online via PayPal.  


We accept our telehealth clients' payments via PayPal.


For clients paying with PayPal, on the day of the session, we email an invoice that serves as an appointment reminder.  

50% DISCOUNTS

Our standard fee for a 60-minute session is $195.  However, for clients not using insurance, we currently offer 50% discounts to:

  • full-time students ($97.50 per 60-minute-session)
  • couples wanting faith-based premarital counseling ($97.50 per 60-minute session)
  • persons referred by a pastor/minister ($97.50 per 60-minute session)
